•  Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
•  Barber / Cosmetology (Establishment) trainer or sponsor must have a valid license with the Board of Barber & Cosmetology (BBC)
• Shop or salon must have a valid Establishment License with the BBC(Please Check dates on License)*
• Training prepares apprentices for the state board exam for licensing. Training consists of 3,200 hours at the shop/salon and 4 hours of classroom training a week for approximately 2 years.
•  Pre-Apprentice Payment ($2499.00)
• Must have your social security card, TIN number and Government issued picture ID with your current address available for orientation.
